The Analytics page is a central location where you can view your all deals' data and performance. It provides a quick overview of your all deals' health, as well as more detailed insights into your Space visitors, their behavior, and your efforts.

However, to maximize the benefits of your analytics page, be sure to update your closed deals to “Closed won” or “Closed lost.” This will provide accurate cycle lengths and win rates in your analysis.

To do this, when viewing your Space list, click on the status dropdown next to the Space name and select the appropriate one. By default, the statuses are "Ongoing", "Closed Won" and "Closed Lost".

Publishing Status of a Space

Moreover, when you mark a deal status as "Closed," you'll be asked to decide whether you'd like to unpublish the Space. This ensures that the details of a closed deal remain restricted and inaccessible.

It's important to note that the publishing status of a Space is separate from its deal status. Whether a Space is published or unpublished does not affect its deal status.

If you wish to publish or unpublish a Space at any point, you can easily manage this by entering the Space and navigating to the "Publish to web" tab within the settings.

Understanding Your Analytics Reports: Key Metrics and Insights

By understanding the key metrics and reports, you'll gain a deeper perspective on your deals, visitor behavior, and the overall performance of your spaces & deals.

  1. Deals Won:

    • Indicates the number of deals marked as "Closed Won" within your selected date range.

    • The upper right corner displays the change in this count compared to the same period in the previous cycle.

  2. Win Rate:

    • Shows the percentage of deals marked as "Won" among those labeled as "Closed."

    • The upper right corner visualizes the change in win rate relative to the same period in the previous cycle.

  3. Cycle Length:

    • Displays the average time deals stay in the "Ongoing" status before being marked as "Closed" within the chosen date range.

  4. Hit Rate:
