Here, we will talk about how you can share your Spaces in the best way and how you can increase your visit rates. We'll also take a look at your sharing settings.

1. Ways to share your space

See the tips for getting visitors below at the end of this course. πŸ‘‡

2. Space settings πŸ”—

Auto Follow ups, notifications for space owner & requesting visitor data.

Before sharing a space, you may want to check your space settings.

If you activate the Send auto-reminders option, we will send reminder e-mails on your behalf to the prospect you invited via the first method. We will stop sending these reminder emails whenever your Space is visited by anyone.

You can also choose whether you want to receive notifications every time your space is visited or just once.

In the Know your visitors area, you can request the email addresses and names of people who will visit your space. If you want them to be able to see the content of the space without providing this information, do not forget to select the "Visitors can skip this step" options.

3. Collaboration & chat notifications for your prospects πŸ‘€

4. Tips for getting visitors πŸ’‘

To boost your open rates and excel in Forward, follow these tips πŸ‘‡

4.1. Share link for the right channel πŸ”—

We offer three sharing options for your space, so make sure to choose the correct one, as it will display the attention-grabbing share header to your prospect.

What we recommend:

Share it via "Share" tab. We will send a carefully prepared and elegant looking email to your prospect. This email includes your space's cover photo, your and your customer's logos, and your business card that we prepared according to your profile information.

If you do not want to use the share tab and want to send a link to your prospect, there are 2 ways you can do this.

Sending via email - 'Copy Link with preview'

Sending via LinkedIn / socials / WhatsApp - 'Copy Link'

4.2. Multi-channel πŸ“Ί

Don't limit yourself to sending your Space through just one channel and crossing your fingers for success. Improve your odds by sharing it through multiple channels.

To ensure your Space gets the visibility it deserves, send it to where your prospect is most active – whether it's via email, LinkedIn DM, or WhatsApp. You're providing value, and it's perfectly reasonable to pursue a multi-channel approach to reach them at the most opportune moment.

4.3. Tag users 🏷️

An effective method to capture a prospect's interest, especially if they've never interacted before, is to directly mention them in the Space using the chat feature.

When you tag a prospect in this way, they will receive an email from Forward containing a screenshot of the annotations made, which encourages them to click through and engage.

4.4. Impress your prospects 😲

During your conversation with a prospect, especially in the initial stages of reaching out, inform them that you'll be providing follow-up information within a Space. For an even more engaging approach, if you're already on a call and have the Space prepared, share your screen to offer a sneak peek of what's to come and show how they can effectively use the Space.

The only delightful surprise a Space should hold is the valuable offer and content you've curated, enhancing the overall buyer experience.

Well done!
